When I met Alexis, I knew I’d love working with her - she’s straight forward and decisive, which is a great fit for a planner! Plus, who doesn’t love a client you can sit back and have a beer with!? She had visions of an elegant, Ohio Statehouse wedding in lavender with a bit of bling - and it was scheduled for the exact date they were engaged a couple years earlier. I love that they chose a date that meant something to them!

She had already decided on the Ohio Statehouse as the ceremony and reception venue when we met - so we just needed to turn the already beautiful, historical space into her dream wedding. I have to say that I was so excited to have the perfect venue and couple to incorporate giant, 5′ LOVE letters into the decor!

It was an amazing day in May with a team of fantastic vendors…and a super fun bridal party! You can tell by these photos that they really enjoyed the entire day and the guests had a great time on the dance floor! Amy Rebecca captured all the fun at this Ohio Statehouse wedding…
